We've been learning the J/80 it's been a little difficult getting out on it due to our schedules. However, our first impressions of the boat are really great. The boat is very easy to sail and it appears to have some good speed.
We've been getting more used to ramp launching the boat. That's been an experience, but it gets easier each time. Right now, we're focusing on learning the boat and getting everyone familiar with their jobs.
It's been fun sailing with the boys. They seem to be enjoying the sailing.

The Quest 33 is still in the shed in Racine. I'm still looking for a shed closer to home. I'd like to bring it closer to home so I can spend a little time getting it cleaned up and organized to take to the ocean. It's such a great boat, I kind of miss spending time on it. Unfortunately, our schedules have made it pretty impossible. Right now, I'm hoping to do a distance race with it next year.
